My sister has gotten me addicted to the ruffle yarn and making these ruffle scarves! I use a crochet hook and can finish a whole skein within 2 hrs. I added a gift wrap label to get it ready to give as a gift. It's another great way to use the Scallop Tag Topper Punch.
This scarf is 10 feet long. I double it and double it again and wrap it around, it makes a beautiful accessory and is functionally warm on our cold Nebraska winter days.
Different brands of ruffle yarn at the big box and craft stores. There are lots of videos out there demonstrating how to crochet or knit these scarves- just do a search on YouTube.
