FEELING SENTIMENTAL BICYCLE

Talk about quick and simple! This card is made with a FREE stamp from the Feeling Sentimental Stamp Set that I got for my order during Sale a Bration (SAB) and the Designer Series Paper Stack from the Mini Catalog- Print Poetry. It has such a nostalgic feeling with the Bicycle stamped in Midnight Muse and a few Silver Brads for the spokes on the wheels. I used the Label Framelits to cut the DSP and card stock to add a beautiful frame with the framed paper pattern.

You can make 4 cards in a flash to have on hand to use when you need them.  The Paper Stack has 48 sheets of 4 1/2" x 6 1/2" double sided designs. 4 each of 12 designs. Our Very Vanilla card stock is the neutral used with this Print Poetry. It is an awesome value at $6.95 (US).

GRANDMA'S PARLOR STIPPLED BLOSSOM

Do you remember the large floral wallpaper with the chair rail border and then the smaller trunk print or striped print below?  That's the image I got when I made this card.  In the 80's I had a dining room with the blue & green florals, and now I am a grammy! YIKES! a flash back! Can't remember where the list to remind me what to buy at the store, but the wallpaper from 30 years ago is clear!

After stamping the Whisper White card stock with the Stippled Blossom Stamp Set, I sent it through the Big Shot with the Oval Framelit Dies and then layered the solid color Pretty in Pink cut with the next size larger Oval dies. There are a ton of cards and samples using triple time stamping technique.  It is a great way to layer a stamped background or use a patterned Designer Paper.

PAPAYA COLLAGE

I don't know why I waited so long to make a card with this set!  I found a similar card on Stampin' Connection made by Tammy Downey, a Stampin' Up Demonstrator.  If you join my Stampin' Team and become a demonstrator, you can view the almost 300,000 samples plus videos and chat forums.

New on this card is the Vanilla Flower Trim.  It comes in a 2 yard length, I have snipped them apart and vintaged them up sponging Crumb Cake and adding a pearl to the center.

VINTAGE KRAFT GIFT BOX

Hello Blog Friends! I've been missing from the blog posting lately. Thanks for stopping by.  This Vintage Kraft Gift Box has some YUMMY treats inside and I've included some more pictures and the recipe for you to try.

Kraft Gift Boxes (4 to pkg) 124106
Daydream Jumbo Wheel 126939
Coredinations Early Espresso Paper
Blossom Punch  125603
Butterfly Punches 127526, 129406
Stamp- From My Heart

Almond Joy Coconut Macaroons

1 can ( 14 oz.) Condensed Sweetened Milk
1 tsp. Vanilla
1/2 tsp Salt
1 pkg (14 oz.) Coconut

2 Squares Chocolate Almond Bark (4 oz.)
1 sm pkg sliced Almonds- toasted for 3-5 mins in oven

Mix in bowl Sweetened Milk, Vanilla, & Salt.  Add Coconut and stir til Coconut is coated.
Place a piece of parchment paper on your baking sheet. ( I have found that an air bake sheet works best)
Using a small scoop (1 tbs size), drop onto your baking sheet approx 2" apart.
Bake 350* for 13-15 mins. tops are toasty.  Let cool.

Melt Chocolate Almond Bark in Microwave cup. 30 seconds, stir, 30 seconds more until melted. Be careful not to burn.

Place a small amount of melted chocolate on each macaroon. Add almond slices to each top.
In a small baggie, pour the rest of the chocolate. Snip a very small corner of the bottom of the baggie and use the baggie to pipe & string chocolate on each of the macaroons to help hold the almonds on the top.
