LOVE THE NEW PERSONALIZED MONOGRAM STAMPS! ADD IT TO YOUR STASH!

What a great idea!  Do you make your beautiful cards or projects and wish you had a stamp to personalize it from you for the receiver?  How many times do you hear "did you make that?".  You can flip the card over or add a tag or feature as the sentiment and say, "Here is the designer! ME!".

This project was made using a pull top can of  fruit and a Pampered Chef can opener. Stored inside is a gift. Simply remove the label, open the can FROM THE BOTTOM , see below for step by step.  This would be awesome way to send someone their own Photopolymer Monogram Stamp.

I am using my stamps to share my business with others.  I will be stamping thank you's on my business cards for those who place an order with me.  I will be stamping the backs of my cards. I will be adding tags to projects. Would you like a stamp to use as a return address label? Just add your address to the stamp when you order it.  I always place a return address label on my receipts when I send them in for rebates, now I can stamp it!

Embossing Tip

Design your own Photopolymer Stamps and use them with your Clear Block and Ink.

Place an order with me or your demonstrator to get your own Circle Monogram Photopolymer Stamp designed your way!

Whew! Did you make it to the bottom?  Thanks for hanging in with me!  I got a new light box to take the photos.  I may need brighter day light bulbs.  What do you think?  Love to hear from you!

CAPTAIN HARRISON'S SAILIN' WREATH WITH A DRY ERASER

Did you purchase the Burlap & Blooms Wreath Kit (133333) from the Celebrate the Everyday Mini Catalog (pg 21)? WELL..... this is a project that I made with the EXTRA piece of CHIPBOARD that was in the packaging. Before assembling my Wreath Kit, I traced the Chipboard Wreath onto the Chipboard that was included in the packaging!  Woot! Woot! I cut it out and wrapped it with the wide Grosgrain Ribbon.  I had so much fun making this one too!  I am having a Burlap & Blooms Wreath Class in March.  We will be assembling the purchased wreaths and I will be showing them how to add a dry erase section in the middle of their wreath.  It'll be a great way to give out kuddos and jot down mini messages.  We will use a 3M adhesive strip to hang it up.

Let's get some closer looks at the different element and tips.

How cute is that note?  He is very helpful at picking up, but it's the in between times that you may step on a few treasures.

The dry erase page was made using 8 1/2" x 8 1/2" Window Sheet (114323) and DSP of your choice behind it.  I used High Tide DSP (132992) and stapled them together in the 4 corners. I used the hot glue gun to adhere to the back of the wreath after the front was finished.  I purchased the dry eraser & dry erase marker at Target in their dollar bins. I find myself using a paper towel most of the time to erase the markers. Sharpies are permanent, so if you choose to use them, they will NOT erase.

Here Fishy Fishy!  I made these with the Fashionable Hearts Embosslits (125596). The Fish Net is made with leftover Baker's Twine from the Tag A Bag Accessory Kit.  You can use any Baker's Twine to make a net.  You may recognize the fish from my previous post HERE.

The Anchor was made with the Brushed Silver Cardstock (100712).  I made a pattern and then trace it onto a thin piece of cardboard and Brushed Silver Cardstock. The Banner Tag was made with the Angled Tag Topper, Hello Sailor Stamp set and The Striped Grosgrain Ribbons Pacific Point (132981) and Summer Starfruit (132980).

The last item here is the sailboat made from DSP- High Tide, Circle Punches, Mini Banner Punch, Candy Dots, & a couple of Toothpicks!

Stamp Set:  Hello, Sailor (mini)
Ink:  Summer Starfruit
Card Stock:  Calypso Coral, Whisper White, DSP- High Tide (mini), DSP- Brights Collection
AND More:  Brights Candy Dots, Mini Banner Punch (SAB), Striped Grosgrain Ribbon- Pacific Point & Summer Starfruit. Metal Buttons (133319), Baker's Twine ( your choice ), Angled Tag Topper, Scallop Circle Punch, Fashionable Hearts Embosslits

CHEERS TO CARING

A card to celebrate a wonderful evening with friends & strangers all gathered together to show a caring spirit and fund raising for JDRF. BOO BOO KITS - FIRST AID CASES USING MY DIGITAL STUDIO

I was thinking of all the places you could use a Boo Boo Kit and made several to use and share.  Medicine Cabinet, Diaper Bag, Baby-sitter's gift, Car Glove Box, Picnic or Park bag... etc...

These are made using My Digital Studio and the Clear Stampin' Up! Wood Mount Cases.  I used the digital images All in the Family to make the children and animals.  I love the feature on MDS that allow you to color in line art images.... I guess it's coloring for me!

Add your contact information to the back of the insert for Grammy/Pappy, or  baby sitter/ nanny.  There is nothing like an emergency and not knowing the house address, parent's cell numbers, or  physician!

What's in mine?  here's a peek!

BALLERINA CARD with a MAGIC SLIDE

I watched another video from Dawn Griffith.  Her technique was a "Magic Card". She used the stamp set Monster Maniac (which I LOVE!). I've made these before, but she inspired me to make it again.  I chose to use the set Stylin' Girl. I had several pre-teens come to my class last week and they loved the Ballerina.

Pull out the insert and the colored image appears!

Ballerina as a Blonde.... or Brunette!

Stamp Sets: Stylin' Girl, Making A Point (Occasion Mini Hostess Set)

ETCETERA MINI ALBUM FOR ADDY

I joined a mini album group swap last September. It was organized by Laura Denison from Following the Paper Trail.  We had 7 swap page designers in each group. The book pattern and 6 pages were all identical which Laura designed.  The pages had pockets and fold outs with lots of room for creativity (as she says "real estate").  We assembled the book and covered the front and inside & back and inside covers. We included patterned papers, card stock & embellishments of our choice and sent our albums across the country to the various designers in our group.  It was very well organized.  As I finished my pages I would send them to the next person in the line up.  When my album returned- I was so thrilled with the project.  Each page was so beautifully done. The designers were given free reign to add their own embellishments, tags, ribbons, buttons, bows etc....from their own stash. A special thank you to those gals who made this album so, so special.

We sent along a a "journal" to have everyone share a little about themselves.  I chose to use the Dress Up Framelits and have each person jot down a few words to keep in Addy's Album. They looked precious with the Hung Up Cute Clips Hangers.

When the book returned, it was time to finish the cover with the Spiral Flower Die done in DSP, Pearls, & Seam Binding Ribbon.

Here's the best part..... pictures of Addy & her album! It is ready to be filled with memories, photos, love & laughter!

CANDY BOXES WITH BELLY BAND

A cute box filled with chocolates can make someone's day much better!  These boxes were designed to hold the miniture candy bars about 6-9 fit wonderfully inside.  I found out at my February Card Class that they fit 6 just fine- usually 3 were eaten before the lid got put on the box! The lid fits nicely, but the belly band made with the Tag Topper added a tuxedo vest look!

Stamp Set: It's a Wrap Occasions
Ink:  Stazon Black
Card Stock:  Basic Black, Very Vanilla, DSP- Modern Medley
And More:  Boho Blossom Punch, Small Heart Punch, Candy Dots, Very Vanilla Seam Binding Ribbon

FRIENDS- MAKING A POINT

Wednesday's here and I joined the blog hop with Robbie & her hoppin' designers.  You may have arrived here from Joni's Blog, she has a delightful spring card.  We were working with Gumball Green.  It's such a bright green and compliments so many other color combos.  I also paired it with So Saffron & Melon Mambo to make these book markers.  Our added challenge was to keep it "clean and simple".  I think I achieved that with a nice simple project.

The Scallop Tag Topper Punch (133324) has become very popular.  I love tags and using them on cards, packages and as seen here as a book mark.  The width of the punch is a unmovable 2".  I usually cut my strips into 1 15/16". Slightly less than the 2"to have an easy fit into the punch.  The length of the strip is your choice for the project you are designing.

The next stop on the hop is Liz's Blog.  Happy Stampin' & Hoppin'!

SHIP IN A BOTTLE

Another Card we featured at last week's classes.  It has a bookmark tucked in the pocket of the Top Note Die.  Once in a while you can get by with adding glitter to a masculine card- I used the 2 way glue pen on the starfish and sprinkled it with Dazzling Diamonds. I love the new Tag Topper Punches!  Take a 2" piece of card stock- the length you choose- and make some tags or banners or bookmarks!
