I went with Combo #2. There is a lot of "white space" to this cheery card.
I made a quick tip video to show how to make the Hexagon Window in the card and a add a banner. Watch it for inspiration for your next punch window card.

I added a "pop" of color with Beautiful Butterflies Embosslit.
