BABY CAKES BLUE RIBBON CARD

 
The Stamp Set - Banner Greetings adds the perfect touch to the Cupcake Builder Punch.  I paired it up with Gingham Garden DSP and a Doily to make this blue ribbon card.  The inspiration was from Stampin' Celebration's Monthly Challenge #74.
