Closer look at the Flowers & Grass

Technique Tip:  The grass was made by cutting a piece of Clear Window Sheet 1/2" x 4 1/4". Run Sticky Strip on BOTH sides of the Window Sheet.  Remove Sticky film from ONE side.  Wrap the Everday Enchantment Ribbon Lucky Limeade around the Sticky Window Sheet, not overlapping the Ribbone.  Wrap the entire length.  On the back side, clip the Ribbon at the bottom, turn over, trim your grass.  Adhere to Tissue Box by removing the Sticky film from the back side.

BABY SHOWER

I may have mentioned once before ( or twice :-)  ) that I am going to be a G'ma in a few weeks!
There was a baby shower last week at our house and here are a couple of pictures of the cute cupcakes with Dinosaur Suckers, and an ADORABLE Dinoland Cut out  for Harrison's new Dinosaur room.  Thanks to Stephanie and her team of creative hands, the shower was a delight.  We had delicious soups and sandwiches and Dinosaur Cookies to enjoy. This week is a family shower which we are all looking forward to getting together.

EVERYDAY ENCHANTMENT SCRAP Album

This Mini Scrap Album was made with all Stampin' Up! products. I watched a video tutorial from Following the Paper Trail and tweaked it to make my own.  I used 2 different envelopes- Medium Whisper White and Medium Crumb Cake.  The reason they look like different shapes and sizes is because I sealed them and turned some of them on their sides and cut some of them down.  There are 8 Envelopes total and 8 Inserts for pictures and journaling.

Next week starts SALE-A-BRATION ! The Designer Series Paper, & Brads will be available for FREE with a product order!

EXPLOSION BOX CHALLENGE & PICTURE TUTORIAL

Gift Box Closed

Explosion Box Opened with Gift Card

Gift Card Up Close
WOW! What a FUN way to give a gift card!  Explosion Boxes are such a surprise to the receiver to open!  Many are used for scrapbooks and highlighting photos of momentous trips, family & friends, pets, anything that is captured in picures.  This box will be going to a baby shower.  A few years ago, when my husband & I celebrated our 30th Anniversary on a Cruise, I made him an Explosion Box full of gift cards to some of his favorites: restaurants, a department store, a sporting good store, and OUR favorite place to spend time-Walt Disney World!  It travelled so well, because I kept it flat and hidden until our Anniversary!

Do you recognize the paper, ribbon & brads??  I didn't think so!  It will be one of the FREE items in the Sale-A-Bration (SAB) Catalog which will be available January 24 !  For EVERY $50 you spend in Stampin' UP! product, you get to choose a free item from the SAB Catalog! If you need a SAB Catalog, contact me.

Check out the other Explosion Boxes Challenge at Butternut Sage Designs!  Be sure and let the Designer's know if you like their Boxes!

Have a La Dee Dah Day!

TO DECORATE THE BOX IN LAYERS:

I measure each side, then cut the layer 1/8" shorter than the measurements.

The Bow is about 18 pieces of 2 1/2" x 1/2" Strips. They are curved with the bone folder and a hole punched using the Crop-a-Dile and then fastened with a Designer Brad.
